Some of the most interesting work we are involved in, is with Protected Structures (formerly known as listed buildings).

As specialist Conservation & Restoration Consultants, we advise on all aspects of the conservation and restoration of these buildings and prepare planning applications and conservation reports for more complex works. We also prepare detailed schedules of works, manage the tender process and engage and manage contractors on behalf of our cleints.

We have been recognised as Accredited Conservation Surveyors by the Society of Chartered Surveyors as having the requisite specialist knowledge and experience to advise on works to these important buildings.

Considerable Experience:

Planning applications for works to Protected Structures typically involve the preparation of detailed conservation reports. These reports are normally utilised by the local authority as a means of recording the condition of a particular building for posterity. We have considerable experience in preparing these reports for our clients.
