Commercial Property Construction Monitoring

Our Role:

Working in conjunction with financial institutions, we provide a comprehensive review of developers’ commercial property construction proposals and advise whether their proposals are correctly formulated, prior to releasing funds.
This allows for an independent assessment for both the financial institution and property developer. Once the project starts on site, we review the progress of the contractor and the works against pre-determined milestones to ensure satisfactory progress is being achieved.

Following rigorous site inspections, we issue detailed project drawdown reports and recommendations for payment, if these pre-determined milestones have been achieved.

Our Experience Includes:

Monitoring construction projects up to €80m value on behalf of lending institutions and providing initial feasibility reports and regular drawdown recommendation reports, as required.
