Office Fit-Out Plannig & Design

Once a building has been identified, we can quickly show you various layout options that suit your precise requirements. Once agreed, we then begin the detailed office planning and design process, including; layout design, services layout and interior design. Its at this stage where individuals are allocated desks and precise locations of partitioning and equipment are shown.

Detailed Specification and Tendering

Working closely with the key stakeholders, we specify all the new works in detail and obtain tenders from pre-selected contractors for carrying out the works. We then appoint a contractor and manage the works through to completion.

The Move - Close down on Friday, Start on Monday

We organise specialist move management firms to move your existing furniture and equipment, including phones, computers, servers, etc. into their new locations. This is typically done over a weekend; actually allowing you to turn off your computer on a Friday and start it up again in your new premises on a Monday!
