Our Role:

As Commercial Property Project Managers, we control development projects on behalf of our clients in the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors.

By engaging us at he early stages of project planning, we add value to ensure that cost, time and quality expectations are met.

We help formulate the brief, choose the procurement route and appoint other consultants and contractors on your behalf.

By utilising powerful project management tools and techniques, we ensure that projects are built on time, to the desired quality and to budget.

Significant Previous Experience:

• Project Management of roll out of upgrading works to nationwide chain of retail banks
   
• Managing consultant teams on works to protected structures (listed buildings)
   
• Project Management of the construction of industrial parks, including construction of new roads, new buildings and refurbishment of existing units
   
• Project Management of new technical training college for major motor manufacturer
