Summer Works Scheme

The Department of Education now requires Specification and Project Management of extensions, upgrading works and renovations (inclusive of works under the Summer Works Scheme) to schools to be tendered to suitably experienced firms. FMBC would be delighted to gain an opportunity to tender for the design, specification and project management of these works at your school.

We are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors with extensive experience in the energy efficient design, specification and project management of works to schools under the Summer Works Scheme. We have obtained significant experience and knowledge of the documentation and procedures that are required from the relevant governing departments to project manage and design these works as we have previously and successfully provided these services to a number of schools already.
