We can take the stress out of dealing with builders by managing your project on your behalf.

Builders have a key role to play in any project and most problems can be avoided if the right builder is chosen in the first place. We can assist in builder selection and help set up the right contract for your size and type of project.

We can administer the contract on your behalf, including monitoring progress and the quality of the works during the contract, and directing the contractor as required.

We issue and approve Certificates for Payment to the contractor and manage all cost issues during the project.

We also manage the snagging process on your behalf and hand over the property at the end of the works.

If we’ve been involved in the project management phase, we also provide certification of the works in line with Planning and Building Control legislation.
